1. Eligibility:Only garments purchased from Ras are eligible for alterations and repairs.

2. Cost: We are committed to Minimal charges for alterations and repairs. However note that Prices will vary based on the type of service required.

3. Request Process:To request a service, contact us here with your order number and a detailed description of the required alterations or repairs.

4. Assessment: Our team will assess the garment and confirm the feasibility of the requested service. Not all garments or types of damage may be eligible for repair.

5. Approval: Upon approval, we will provide a cost estimate and expected turnaround time. Services will only proceed after customer approval.

6. Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the garment to and from our atelier. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

7. Turnaround Time: Typical turnaround time is 2-4 weeks, but this may vary based on the complexity of the service and current workload.

8. Warranty: Alterations and repairs are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of completion. If any issues arise within this period, please contact us for further assistance.
